We collect what we need to make and deliver your order: your email address, the first name you want a Chinese name for, your birthday and style preferences if you choose to give them, and your payment status. Payments are handled by PayPal. We never see or store your card number.
To create your name and files, deliver them by email, answer your questions, handle refunds, prevent fraud and keep the records the law asks us to keep. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing email without asking you first.
To compose names and meanings we may send your first name and your style preferences, and nothing else, to an AI language-model service. We do not send your email address or payment details.
PayPal (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting), Google (email and fonts) and the AI service above. Each uses data only to provide its service to us.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this page.
Order records are kept for up to three years for refunds, tax and legal reasons, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data sooner, except where the law requires us to keep it.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you at any time by email. Our site is not meant for children under 13.
